I wasnt açepted in the Hotel. Becouse after i already paid my part. I want a refund as the hostel employee has informed me

Staff were professional and helpful with any questions I had regarding my stay there and in the city. I also liked 12.00 checkout and the storage facility for my suitcase they provided after check out. Coffee was also lovely which was made on site for order.

I liked the people, the staff, and the experience.

The location was close to haag center it was easy to get in many places for visit as also it is close from the train station.

Used to hostels with students & its fun... Here was different There was this woman ... either mentally unwell or had done alcohol/drugs. She would talk for hours and kick the bed on top of me. That sure was very disturbing & i only fell asleep after she slept. And i woke up when she woke up cuz she was noisy.

The worst conditions I ever had. EVERYTHING IS DISGUSTING AND DIRTY. Filthy and wet bed. The room doesn't have ventilation and smell like moho. The showers doesn't have hot/warm water and the water power is poor to clean yourself properly.

Hello, what I really liked is that the location is very pleasant, next to the water, relaxing atmosphere outside and they have tables where you can eat, a guitar, books, games and super nice staff.Interesting city maps and good coffee

The showers had barely any pressure and no stool to rest your things on; my clothes were getting wet. The rooms were very hot and musty, as there are no windows, and around 8 people share them.

Only one guy reception he was nice to talk other all rude

The room was stinky.

“Affordable accomodation”

Good if you're travelling alone. Affordable and accessible - very close to the main station. There is a possibility to use the microwave in their bar, so you can warm your food. The staff is very welcoming and willing to help.

Nothing the bed wasn’t made properly it had no ac the room was smelling like feet and god knows what else would never recommend this place stay clear

I liked that there was no much people in the room during my staying so it was no crouded. Also, I like the stuff that solved really quick the issue with getting refund (as a deposite you pay when you are checking in) back.
