The room was very spacious and clean. The center of The Hague was within easy walking distance. Parking is nearby. Check-in was easy, even though there was no one at the front desk when we arrived. The instructions we were given were very helpful.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. I felt very welcome and taken care of. The rooms are spacious and the bath tub is big. The check in proces was very well prepared, clear and personal. Loved my stay!

Check in: super easy. check in is available 24 hours, but the hotel is not staffed the whole time. So I was sent a video and code showing me how to get in. Then there was a box with my name on, with the key inside and how to get to my room. I really liked this effort. It was a good first impression. Room: large, comfy, well equipped. It had everything I needed and was very clean. The bathrooms in this hotel are amazing. Baths in hotels are hard to find, and the bath here was top tier. Water pressure very good. Location: right in the centre. couldn't be better. despite being next to an Irish pub I had no problems with noise, and I am a light sleeper who can't get to sleep with even the smallest noise. So don't worry with this hotel. Breakfast: high quality food, home made jams, freshly cooked eggs, pancakes etc. it was delicious. Rest of the hotel: beautiful hotel. lots of places to sit and a nice garden to relax in.

The location was great in a beautiful area of the city, lots of nice cafés and restaurants. Nice hotel room with lots of space and a very nice bathroom. Big windows towards the inner garden. Quiet and the air conditioner worked very well. Very friendly staff.

Junior suite is very big. Extra bed fit easily - we were three. Very big bathroom with bath. Make up mirror is nice touch. Central location, nice street with coffee shops and boutique shops. Everything in the city is at walking distance Room was dark, quiet and warm and the bed comfortable - slept like a baby

Excellent staff - Darya very helpful and welcoming. Garden suite a well provided, large and very comfortable accommodation even boasting twin showers. Great breakfast. Designated parking nearby.
