“Avoid this place”
We couldn’t get the keys because the office was closed, and no one picked up the phone. They were supposed to send us the safe locker number and code, but they didn’t. So instead of enjoying our vacation, we spent an hour in front of the closed office trying to reach them. Finally, an hour past our check-in time, we got a message saying the key wasn’t in the safe locker—it was fixed to a bike rack next to the hotel entrance. Super dodgy. The apartment is very old and dirty. Everything is dusty and unpleasant, especially the carpet, pillows, and blankets. The umbrella on the balcony didn’t work. The sofa bed shouldn’t even be used anymore—it’s too old, uncomfortable, and noisy. Poor person who had to sleep on it. We asked if we could check out later the next day since they failed to provide the key on time, but no one responded. Don’t recommend—there are much nicer options for this price.
