“Upsetting , totally dreadful so bad , moving from one place to another”
The apartment was filthy the vacuum cleaner was full of spew from the previous guests hence the unit had a stench all accessories were filthy , stained , , rusted , the unit hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guests , there was rubbish in the laundry , a mask around the toilet cleaner , mould in the laundry , bed linen was urine and perspiration stained , sheets were mildew , we had the cleaning supervisor and the real estate lady come over they in turn sent another cleaner , I took several pictures . My feet were black from walking in the unit with no shoes I cleaned for 45 minutes before I went to the real estate and complained , they tried to move us to Unit 10 but on inspection it was equally as filthy , they moved us to another building next day . Totally disgusted asked for refund on 2 first days but said the other unit was more expensive so that would equal it out , totally disgusted all round will be reluctant to book thru either in the future , so irate they gave us a complimentary dinner at a nearby restaurant , Yippee how good , so bloody upset and equally disorientated the entire stay we chose the unit for the location and were there for a wedding and it was a bloody disaster all round slept on mattress on our beach towels the first night after spraying two full tins of disinfectant spray around the unit , so upset
