“Comfortable and pleasant but we thought expensive for what it offered compared to other places we’ve stayed in Laos.”
This hotel is comfortable, clean and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The staff at reception were excellent and some of the restaurant staff were very helpful despite no English so thank you. The restaurant food is cooked to order and always hot and quite tasty. Our room was very spacious with a balcony and a lovely view of the Mekong river. It was cleaned daily. It is quite a majestic hotel with amazing wall pictures but this does mean it doesn’t really have character and ambience. We enjoyed our stay, but did find it quite expensive for what it was. We did make use of the swimming pools but they do need a good clean.

“Lovely rooms but not catering western tourist”
The room itself was beautiful, comfortable beds, excellent water pressure. Good, although pricy, transportation options.

“Unforgettable”
An absolutely fantastic hotel! Brought my mum for the night while she was visiting and it exceeded our expectations. All staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was well construction，and had everything plus more that we could want. Mekong river view is amazing，I've posted lots of video on my social media，The decor and decoration was beautiful. The breakfast was the best one I have had in a hotel in the many years of travel I have had. Have already recommended to friends and if in the area again would book without a shadow of doubt!
