It was the ideal base for visiting the surrounding area. We had days out in places like Passau, Regensburg and Salzburg, then enjoyed relaxing on the balcony when we got home in the evenings. The apartment is clean, comfortable and very nicely furnished. As well as a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, in the basement of the building there's a games room with a pool table and a darts board! You can also buy drinks, jam and freshly laid eggs for a very reasonable price, which is really handy. The owners are friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it for people who'd like to explore this wonderful part of the world.

Everything was great. Beds comfy. Internet very good. Advertised EV charger was actually there and worked well @ 11kWh AC. Clean and tidy apartment which was very well appointed throughout.

Maria (the host) was friendly and provided us all the necessary information when we arrived. The stay was great & we had a wonderful time visiting Passau and its surroundings! Thank you to the host for such a lovely stay.
