The breakfast was scheduled at 9 am. The man kept watering the plants after I showed up at 09:04. He later went to bring back some bread. The water for tea was still boiling at 09:24. I didn't want to wait any longer and went out to find breakfast.

Wonderful stay! Everyone was so welcoming, sweet and generous; Mohammed even cooked some fantastic seafood for my dinner! The terrace has the best views imaginable!!

We booked months ago and looked at most recent reviews just before staying…as a result I was a bit nervous at what we may find. In fact we enjoyed our stay. The host wants you to like the Riad. Generally if we asked for something we got it. It is not a five star hotel but we found it was good value for money. Location is amazing!!!!

“A mess”
I've been coming to Morocco for business for years, and this was by far the worst riad I've ever stayed in. Traveling by car, I asked for parking information, which never arrived, and I had to wander around the medina like an idiot waiting for the owners to wake up. Not only that, the property is not very clean, the rooms are run-down, with curtains that come loose and furniture handles that come off. The mattress is terrible, with springs that stick out and scratch your legs. On the first day, we didn't even have hot water until the next morning. Absolutely avoid.

The staff was just okay - checked us in but not welcoming. We felt more like an inconvenience. The lobby and room was close to pictured but worn. Stairs to the room were steep, dirty and uneven. Room was clean and fairly comfortable. Water was hot. Had to ask for soap and toilet paper.

“Good value, good location, stylish decoration, lovely staff”
This Riad is perfectly located in the Medina. It has decorsted beautifully by the owner. Lovely colours and art work adorn the walls. The owners cooked us a gorgeous dinner at a good price. Mohammed organised a good taxi to the blue city nearby. The Riad is also very good value for money.

“In the middle of the medina!”
The riad is located in the medina . It was difficult to find it. The room had all the basics I needed. There is also a roof terrace but we could not be there due to raining. The Royal Palace is some 10 minutes walking away. The staff-members were friendly, the breakfast basic but okay. I could stay here again.
