“A super beautiful Riyadh with one of the most wonderful bedrooms”

This year is wonderful. The common areas in the ground floor are really nice with Apple areas for sitting and reading and a beautiful central patio with wooden structure and many hanging plants. The bedrooms come in several types from very economical small without en-suite bathroom to the most wonderful bedroom I’ve ever been in Morocco with tile columns, high ceilings and just beautiful. I would greatly encourage you to book that room. It also has another big bedroom on the top floor next to the terrace which is very bright and also beautiful but be aware that you might need ear plugs, as there is square with people talking until late at night. The personnel is wonderful really nice and attentive.

We had a suite on the top floor. It was spacious and light. Good location in the medina.

“Authentic historical stay with amazing hospitality”

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful traditional Arabic house full of history and charm. The atmosphere is unique and authentic, with stunning decoration and a very special cultural feeling that makes the experience unforgettable. Knowing that the house is around three centuries old makes it even more impressive. The staff were absolutely amazing — always kind, welcoming, respectful and helpful during the whole stay. The cleanliness was excellent, and the location is perfect for discovering Tetouan and enjoying the local atmosphere. You can really feel the warmth and hospitality of the place. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Moroccan experience.

The riad is very nice and better even -more authentic - than some museum riads. Is very typicall. The location is also great just behind the palais Royal. It is inside the medina but only just so that it's quite easy to go out or deeper. Overall great stay. The rooftop offers beautiful views at night and at sunset. Tetouan is cold in the winter bring a good pijama. The breakfast is also very homey

“Horrible bathrooms”

Beautiful authentic riad

Must visit! A cozy hotel within the medina with a picturesque hall way with beautiful traditional decorations. Our room was a nice place to escape the heat that you sometimes experience under the Tetouan sun, all the while having a comfortable bed and curtains for privacy. The owner speaks good English, French and Dutch (came in handy for us Belgians). The other workers and her are always pleased to help you out with travel advice and tips or to greet you with a smile. The rooftop view offers a 360 view of the surrounding area which sparkles at night and astonishes at day…. A perfect place to enjoy tea! If you visit Tetouan i recommend that you sleep and rest here!

“Disappointing stay, good location”

The bed is comfortable, and has curtains to keep the light out. The room is spacious with a sofa, a desk, hangers and an extra blanket. There was a shampoo sachet in the bathroom, which was simple and old-fashioned but clean. The breakfast is OK: tea or coffee, bread, honey, butter, jam, cake with amlou. The staff speaks Spanish and they send clear instructions on how to arrive.

The room we stayed in was beautiful, plenty of space for 3. Loved the bed and decor. Definitely a unique property. Super nice staff! Girls working there were helpful and friendly. We loved the breakfast pancakes- delicious

“Very good value, comfortable and extremely helpful staff.”

Location made it quite difficult to find but once we contacted the patrons they were very helpful and arranged a taxi pick up for us. Miriam and zaineb were extremely helpful and welcoming and made us feel comfortable and welcome. The breakfast the following morning was good too so overall I would recommend this as a place to stay

“BEST PLACE IN TETUÁN”

The Riad is located inside of the Medina. We had a typical Moroccan breakfast which it was good! Very friendly staff especially Amine Cheouat, he was helping us and he also recommended us local places to have a good meal in Tetuán. I highly recommend this place to stay at! Definitely I will come back soon, I felt like home during my trip! Shukran Cheouat
