“Great place near Venice and Marco Polo airport”

The house was clean and attention was given to all small details. Osvaldo, the host, was very nice and helpful. He explained how to reach both Venice and the airport, sent recommendations to nearby restaurants and connected us with a driver to take us to the airport upon departure. The apartment is very comfortable.

“Peaceful Stay at Vce house.”

Owner was very kind and allowed me to check in early. The location is 30 mins from the island and sight seeing places. Bustop is 600m and airport is very close. The rooms are very spacious with fully functional kitchen if you wish to cook. There was also nice garden outside. Very peaceful location.

“Perfect place to stay close to Venice!”

Our lovely host came and picked me up from the airport as I was arriving early morning before 2am, he took me to the property and hand in the keys. Lovely big house where it can accommodate at least 6 people. We were 4 - 2 couples. And loved how isolated were the 2 big rooms from each other having the bathroom en suite both of them. We loved it ! Great hosts very friendly and made sure we have everything we need. Just 20’ by bus to Venice and 10’ to the airport.

The room and bathroom are bigger than they look in the pictures. It is very clean and the kitchen is well-equipped with all the utensils. It is very cost-effective and the bus stop is close, so transportation is convenient. Everyone in the group was very satisfied.

Osvaldo and Elisabeth are the most incredible hosts! The communication with them was super easy. The rental unit is on the first floor of their house and has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and they even have some furniture for you to use in their garden. We had the best experience staying in this beautiful house. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. The showers were top notch and the water pressure was great. Its 8 minutes walk to the bus stop but the bus is very frequent. Bus number 5 takes you to Piazza Roma and its only 20 minutes from the property. I believe the bus ticket is around 1.50 EUR and you can just tap your credit card on the bus. You can also buy a day pass (or multiple day pass) that includes ferry, etc which is convenient for the days you want to do island hopping (we also visited Murano and Burano). Amazing stay and highly recommended.

The house owner is very polite and helpful to us, when we arrived, he saw his wife waiting for us in the garden, passing the key to us and letting us know all the house's facilities and teaching us about the transportation in an easy way. Next day morning, the house owner specially came to say hi to us. He reminds us to register and redeem tourist tax to Venice, and when we have a problem with the tax on the internet, he specially comes to assist us with our computer. we couldn't find a taxi to airport, he even drove us to the airport, he such very very kind and helpful. if we visit Venice again, i must stay there again, and recommend my friends as well.

The house was great. Rooms, bathrooms and kitchen were clean and comfortable to live in. Owners were caring and attentive and was glad to answer on any our questions. The place has parking (near the fence). 20 minutes on the bus and then water bus around 40 minutes and you will be right in the centre of the city Venice!

“Fabulous hosts, fabulous property, fabulous location”

The property is superb, outside the centre of Venice, but just a bus ride away. Located in a very quiet street, it is tranquil and peaceful. Tessera has 2 good restaurants, so after a long day in Venice, it is lovely to be able to have a relaxed evening nearby. The Hosts were so friendly and helpful, the property was well equipped and comfortable. We loved it.

“Great base to visit Venice.”

A lovely apartment with a good layout for a family of 4 or for 2 couples. It also had a couple of extra beds. 2 bathrooms with lovely showers. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. It is only a 20 min bus ride fron the end of the road into Venice so is a great base to visit, and keeping the costs down.

The accommodation is in a quiet rural location and although it's off the main island, the bus service is quick and easy to use.

Nice apartment with all needed equipment (including coffee, tea, kitchen equipment, towels), very nice owners who lives upstairs and are very friendly. The way to Venice was easy and took only around 20 minutes by one bus. We love it here!
