“Modern,clean & great value”

Location was a 20min walk from the airport which was great for us as the next day we had to go back to the airport to catch a coach for our cruise. Taxi cost £58. Local bus €2 3 min bus ride

Sparkling clean! The room was big and the bed comfortable. The check in easy with plenty of information. Everything run smoothly. This was the best solution for us.

Close to airport (walking to the airport is 15 min), perfect for a stay before or after travelling to Venice.

The location was great: 7 minutes by walk from bus station and 20 minutes by walk from the Marco Polo Airport. Self check in service was very convenient and worked perfectly. Our room was clean and cozy. There was a balcony in it with beautiful sunset views! 🙂

Good location for airport. Easy to follow instructions for entry.

Room conditions were unacceptable — no working AC or ventilation despite being advertised, with temperatures around 24.5°C making it impossible to sleep. I had to leave at 3 AM on the second night due to the discomfort. Support during the stay was unhelpful and dismissive, offering no real solution. Even after the stay, they refused accountability and denied a refund, hiding behind generic explanations.

Clean, comfortable, everything is like new and working properly. Near the airport. We got from the airport by foot, we were without luggage and it took us about 20 minutes. Most of the way there was a pedestrian walking path along the road (if you don't see it - look at the other side of the road). But there was about 200 meters you need to walk on the road (not a high way, it was only 3 cars passing by), therefore not suitable for everyone.

Beautiful, well-equipped, spacious room. Peaceful location despite being near the airport. Breakfast room with access to hot drinks and snacks was appreciated. Amazing rainfall shower.

I very much liked the close walkable location to the Marco polo airport, for our late arrival overnight stay. The accommodation was fantastic, shower was great and bed was very comfortable and very clean accommodation. Thank you.

Good price-value relationship. Very clean and nice house close to the airport. Just 1 bus stop from the airport. The bus runs even at night: 1.6€. Very nice to have a value-breakfast included. Not the best but enough to get along the way. Appreciate that it was there!

Comfortable modern guest house, a 25 minute walk from Marco Polo airport and 5 mins from the bus stop in Tessera. Other guests, like us, had early morning flights.
