Really convenient being close to the airport (about 20 min walk) but not too close where the sound of planes is too loud. Perfect for us as we had landed late and wanted a fresh start in the morning. Check in process was really smooth, really quick process! Room was super clean, couldn’t see a spec of dust, AC was amazing, shower was lovely, breakfast bar was nice.

Good location if you need to catch up early morning flight. 20 min walking distance from airport, though some 150 meters without the pedestrian path, which doesn’t comfortable to pass through. There is a local taxi service which brings you to the airport for 20EUR at any time. (phone available in hotels reception)

This is lovely guest house - very clean and comfortable and very well located for the airport ( 5 mins by taxi ). Perfect for what we needed arriving on a late flight with 2 young children. There are 3 bedrooms -2 singles (one up a steep flight of stairs) and a king. Simple prepackaged breakfast. Check-in very straightforward and owners very responsive via WhatsApp I would definitely stay again if I had an early flight out

Very convenient for early flight. 15min. walk to Marco Polo airport. The lady from the reception was very friendly. Recommend it.

B&B is immaculate and very easy to find and get to by public transport from mestre. You can take a local bus from.mestre bus station 🚌 that costs 1.50 euro per person the stop is call tessera.. However to go from b&b stop tessera to airport it costs 10 euro and is only one stop as local buses don't go to airport and road is not walkable on foot. You can tap card when you enter and leave bus to save buying a physical ticket. Make sure to tap when exit or you are charged full day ticket. We ate dinner in the marriot courtyard hotel restaurant which is at the tessera bust stop before we walked 5 mins to b&b to sleep. There is coffee, tea and packaged breakfast snacks at b&b but we didn't bother in morning and instead ate breakfast at airport. The bedroom windows do have shutters and the switch is next to the bedside lamps but we didn't work this out until the morning by accident. WiFi good and access to property from the instructions provided were excellent and easy to follow. Shower gel/ shampoo sachets were in bathroom. Would return again if I needed to stay close to airport for early or late flight.

It was a super value for its super quiet neighbourhood, cleanliness, awareness of needs, private and secure parking, with facilities seemingly brand new. You basically are treated with care and staff respond quickly to any questions I had. Thanks.
