“Fantastic apartment exceeded our expectations”

Location was fantastic, we were so pleased with the space and the facilities, having a machine to make hot chocolate and coffee and also the cold drinks and pastries were a nice surprise and very much appreciated

“Great find near aiport”

Great find for anyone arriving at marco polo and not wishing to travel into Venice straight away. We walked to the hotel (c.10mins) although a bus would also have been an easy option. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Great value for money, including coffee and breakfast snacks. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant which was also excellent and very friendly.

Spacious, breakfast facilities & staff was super friendly & helpful.

Very close to the airport, 20-min walk. Fantastic coffee machine, and snacks provided. Shampoo and soap, etc. were provided too...

“Airport stay”

Just staying overnight to catch an early morning flight. Did the job for us. The apartment is very large with 2 balconies, living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. Coin opperated Coffee machine, water dispenser, even quick breakfast snacks and juices. Nice looking restaurant across the road. We walked to the airport with our suitcases very easily in 10 minutes. It's definitely not glamorous, but we slept well with the amazing air-conditioning.

We had not realised that we would have a whole apartment to ourselves! Air conditioning worked very well. There were snacks and drinks in there for us to use. Nice and quiet.

Everything was clean

There was a huge water bottle that had cooling water in it. That was the only good thing in the whole apartment..

Unsafe area. Floor to ceiling bar locks on the inside of the door but locked from the outside, unsure who had the key. If locked we would not have been able to get out. Steel cages on the windows that were not removable.

“Perfect for near the airport”

Only stayed one night due to late night arrival at Venice airport and didn't want to try and make it to Venice that late. Very convenient to airport , we were able to walk it. Apartment was clean and bed was comfy. There's was a nice selection of croissants and things for breakfast. Bus stop into Venice near apartment also.

Very convenient for Marco Polo airport and catching the bus into Venice. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was invaluable.

it is in 10 min distance from airport, so we did not need any cab even at 3 in the morning. the apartment is fine for spending a night, especially if you have an early flight

Had everything we needed for our stay, and great value

Large clean rooms. Huge coffee machine in the kitchen. Could not fault the Access to the apartment. The breakfast was also well setup with juices and pastries.

“Excellent location, great host and unusual typically Italian apartment”

The location is excellent near the airport, I was able to park and there were juices and croissants, there was an oven and microwave to heat meals up but not for cooking, The host was really helpful

Great and convenient location to airport and Venice , friendly and helpfull staff.i Would deffinetely use again if I return to Venice.
