Our receptionist was fantastic and catered for us; 2 tired girls who arrived late, having missed their flight. Accommodating, friendly and fun! We were allowed to buy wine, despite the bar just closing, which was really needed. Thank you also to our bar tender! Beautiful hotel; clean, generously sized, comfy, gorgeous garden and terrace to sit and decompress with a glass of wine.

Staff were excellent, very accommodating and welcoming. Irene was very responsive when messaged about the shuttle. We were at the airport, messaged and directed to the stop and within minutes the shuttle was there to pick us up. Hotel is walkable to airport on the pavement around the nearby roundabouts. Room was well appointed and clean, breakfast was very good. Would stay again.

“Comfortable New Hotel, but Shuttle Service Was Disappointing”

The hotel itself is new, clean, and comfortable. The room was pleasant, with a small balcony, and the bathroom was a good size. For a short stay, the accommodation itself was perfectly fine.

Our flight landed very late at 00:30 so wanted an easy hotel for our first night. The shuttle service concluded at midnight. The taxi to reach the hotel cost €25 it's not far in distance but it's a complicated walk with dual carriage ways to traverse. The night manager checked us in and escorted us to our rooms. The route is flat so no issues with heavy suitcases. Very clean and comfortable room with shower and separate bath. Next morning we enjoyed a light breakfast with delicious freshly squeezed orange juice. We took the shuttle back to the airport at a cost of €5 pp. A great overnight stay.

Everything, rooms were literally like mini Apartments and spacious for more than 1 people ( I was alone). Staff was amazing and also the restaurant was very good and handy. Breakfast was good as well.

I was initially informed that I would need to pay for two shuttle transfers to the airport upon my arrival instead of parking. However, the following morning I was unexpectedly asked to pay for both the shuttle and the parking as well. When I tried to clarify the situation, the employee on duty claimed he was new and did not know anything about it, which was very unhelpful. During the pick-up, I encountered a very rude driver who later stated that he was the owner. He refused to listen to my feedback or address the issue in any professional manner. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. It is not surprising that the staff are not properly trained if this is the way the owner treats customers.
