Staff were very helpful and allowed us to check in way ahead of the official time - we had arrived earlier than expected and went to ask if we could leave our bag somewhere and lo and behold we got the room - brilliant service Location is great - right in the Old Town on a pedestrianised street and central to everything

Location: straight up hill from the train-station and just around the corner from the bus-station. All business: I was greeted by my name, given a receipt and bombarded with "how we do it info"...they even had it in writing so nothing was overlooked. Curious, the key-fob when placed in its holder inside the room, turned the electricity on. Local shops and an affordable doner-kebab place right around the corner. Their restaurant very busy and above my budget. I had both a wall-mounted fan and AC...used the fan mostly. Not a lot of staff-interaction as they are busy running a busy place...always cheery with some English spoken. *My train was cancelled and replaced with a bus by Renfe. Renfe dropped us off at the train-station (I assumed it was the bus-station). Oops! The bus-station is closer to the Hostal. Two different locations. * My last night there I went to a kebab shop for dinner, a young man was finishing up his meal, paid and left. When I went to pay for mine, I was told that the young man had bought my dinner?

Located in the centre, everything is close. The staff is very friendly.

Central location is great and the welcome was cheery. Bikes were safely accommodated. Dined out, plenty of choice around town. Breakfast at cafe over the road. Well run establishment.

Great location in the city centre and near the bus station. Easy check in through the cafe the place is attached to. The room is basic and small but very clean and good enough for a couple of nights. I'd stay there again.

Perfect couple of days stop off when cycle touring. Ok , room very small and noisy outside , but it’s in the centre , and earplugs do the job- there is good sound proofing too. For some it may be too basic- for me it was perfect

I was in Teruel to begin a cycling trip and I was permitted to keep the bike outside my room as I was heading off before the hotel staff arrived the next morning. It was simply great value and an excellent location for the city centre.
