“Great stay in the heart of Teruel”

Great location in the center of Teruel. The hotel is located in an ancient building that used to be a house providing food and lodging for travelers. On the ground floor you'll find a bar that used to provide shelter for the horses. Keep in mind that there's no elevator and the stairs are quite steep.

“Ancient history in the heart of Teruel”

I loved the building and its history just inside the city walls. My room had a vaulted ceiling with beams, ancient tiles, lovely old furniture, even some traces of old fresco decoration left. The ground floor houses a large bar that looks like a museum. It used to be the horse stables of the fonda.

Amazing old building from 1588. It was a great opportunity to stay in this kind of house.

This is a unique 16th century posada / inn. It's an ancient building full of old furniture. If you think you would like that, then it will be perfect for you. If you want 21st century conveniences then you should go to a 21st century hotel. Perfect location near to Bull Square and Cathedral.

A very pleasant and cozy hotel in the heart of Teruel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were warm and helpful. I especially loved the hotel cats – they were so friendly and made the place feel even more homey. I would definitely come back!

“The Jewl of Teruel”

I loved everything. It is a place with a lot of history that has been around for more than 500 years so, you step back in time finding yourself surrounded by furniture and objects dating from those years. Beds are comfortable, place is clean , in the center of town. Run by a family that offer an excellent service and help you with every detail you ask for. Thank you Isabel and Nico, you and your mom are magnificent hosts, I couldn’t ask for a better place.

“Ideal hotel in a delightful town”

Terrific hotel, very much in the centre of the town. It has been an hospederia since 1566! Our view was of the ancient murallas of the town. The room was simple, large and uncannily quiet at night considering the hotel is so central. Comfortable, no frills and a complete delight. The rest of the hotel is full of antiques and curios and utterly charming. Hosts are welcoming and a delight. No breakfast but there’s an excellent cafeteria opposite. We will absolutely stay there again. Why wouldn’t we?

Location. Able to bring bicycle inside although the stairs were a struggle.

Kinda old but that’s the beauty of it. Close to everything. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. The room was cleaned everyday and there was always hot water.

This is a cosy, characterful property in a great location. Comfortable, clean and warm. There’s a fascinating history associated with the place and it is in very easy walking distance of the historic sites in the town. Would definitely recommend it.

Location is in the heart of the town,located in a very old building. The receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable about house and town history. The room it's a time travel in the past experience with modern facilities. Comfy bads, good wifi
