Overview
Built above a 14th-century arch from a Medieval church, this charming hotel offers an Arabic-style tearoom and free WiFi. Each unique room has Mudejar or modern décor and includes flat-screen TV and a small balcony. El Mudayyan houses an ancient tunnel to San Salvador Church and Tower. The hotel is situated next to Santa María Cathedral and Plaza Torico, in Teruel Old Town. El Mudayyan’s rooms are inspired by designs from Teruel Cathedral. Each air-conditioned room includes a minibar and a modern bathroom with a hairdryer. All rooms have 2 single beds pushed together. The city’s beautiful buildings make it a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Staff at the hotel can provide tourist information and help organising trips. They can also recommend local restaurants.

The hotel was clean, the staff were kind and helpful, and it was close to the centre of town. There is a train station 5 minutes walk away where you can park your car for free.

The location was excellent being right in the Old Town . We arrived on a Saturday & were able to find free local street parking about 100 metres from the Hotel . The Room was spacious & modern . Thoroughly enjoyed the Tunnel tour underneath the Hotel . Even though we were the only English speaking couple they arranged for a seperate guide to show us through them . Outstanding effort.

The location was excellent. It was near the public lift to the train station but was on a busy narrow street used by local buses.You could park outside the hotel for a few minutes to leave in your luggage. Breakfast was ok but very little choice and too expensive for what was on offer.

The hotel and location are excellent right near all the restaurants and sights. The person on reception was absolutely brilliant, talkative, informative and exceptionally helpful.

Clean, comfortable and very friendly. Room was large well furnished. A great base for visiting the City. Excellent value breakfast €10, with an option to just have coffee with toast or a croissant for €3.50.
