There was no hot water in the shower. They told us they would compensate me for this but that did not happen. I can not reccomend this place at all 🤨

“Made reservations while on the road. Got in with no problem. Tired. Fell into clean bed and slept”
We left early, so no breakfast, but you have always been great as an organization. You do need bottle openers though! ☺️

“Now I will think twice booking any Hampton hotel”
Room was badly designed, toilet was not working properly, there was visible dust on the closet and iron board, reception staff was not at all courteous, my credit card was charged without even informing me.

“Stay here if you want amazing hospitality that will blow you away!”
The breakfast was nice, but the service was better. The front desk person gave me a tray to help me bring my kids food. I didn't ask for one or know that was available to me. She was very proactive in her customer service.
