It’s perfectly located if you’re visiting Lectoure. So beautiful - the gardens were absolutely immaculate and the hosts Michel and Florence couldn’t do enough for us. Lovely spacious rooms, amazing food cooked by Florence and local wines. Pool was a real bonus and needed in the summer months! We also rented bikes from the property which was lots of fun and a great way to explore the area.

Breakfast had everything we asked for, with fresh fruit from the garden and biological products from the region. The omlettes were made with love and passion for food, as was the picknick that was served on the evening we arrived.

The owner is very welcoming and thoughtful, booking a restaurant for us, as my French was poor. The property is on a lovely hill top with good sized pool, views and sun loungers. It is very quiet and restful with the town only 15 minutes by car. The bed was very comfortable, with well appointed roomy ensuite, the breakfast was superb, with home made cake and jams. The surroundings were very good for road cycling. We were able to charge our electric car at the property at cost price. There is a superb sitting room for guests with wide screen TV, panoramic window and huge selection of DVDs.

The hosts Florence and Michel were brilliant, they were in contact before we arrived and were very accommodating of our needs (dietaries etc.). They also had lots of recommendations and have even set up a website with restaurant ideas, things to do etc. We went to two restaurants they recommended in Lectoure and both were great. Setting is beautiful, lovely large room and comfy bed! Also the meal Florence made for us was amazing, all local produce at the dinner and breakfast which was lovely! All the little extra touches were unexpected (sweet jar, cold drinks) and made it a wonderful stay. We will definitely stay again.
