“wrong descrition on the booking profile. misleading. not cooperative.”
I booked this property because it guaranteed an airport transfer — a service I absolutely needed for an early morning flight. I even confirmed in advance that it was available, and only then did I make my reservation. The day before arrival, when I asked about the cost, I was suddenly told the service was no longer offered. This left me in a very difficult situation, forcing me to search for another place with a guaranteed transfer at the last minute. The property failed to provide a listed service that was key to my booking decision, showed no sense of responsibility, and caused unnecessary stress. I had to pay for anither arrangement and also for this unrelaible host since this didn’t accept the cancellation reimbursement. . I cannot recommend this host to anyone.
