“Great hotel and good location near the train station”
The location is near the train station, you could access to hotel by foot from train station. Our room is quite big, one is bedroom, the other room is small living room. You could use jacuzzi, if you have in your room.

“Good stay close to city centre”
The hotel is fairly new: the facilities, furniture, appliances and linen are in great condition. The bed is large and comfortable. The room is spacious and nice. The hotel offered a good variety of dishes for breakfast buffet.

Excellent location — close to the city center and the train station. Great soundproofing: with the windows closed you can’t hear any noise at all. Good breakfast. Excellent mattresses — firm and very comfortable, just the way I like them. Friendly staff. Daily trash removal in the room — very nice. Good TV with many channels. A powerful hairdryer in the bathroom.

I needed a hotel near the train station, and the football stadium, and the Avalon is a 10 minute walk to both. Very nice, clean room, and even had a balcony. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best I have had in Ukraine.Staff were excellent as well.

Breakfast was exceptional, above and beyond. The room was perfect for us with a great view of the city... parking was super easy and accessible as well. The security guard was also very kind and gracious (helping children get comfortable and bringing us all bottled water, to us all during the middle of the night when we needed to go to the basement because of bombing. Very good trip.

I was stying in this hotel for the first time. On 'good' side I'd mention polite and helpful staff, good breakfast, free private parking, elevator and facilities in the room (balcony, conditioning, mini-bar, etc.)

“Disapointed”
The hotel room has too tiny wals, we could hear how our neighbors upstairs talk and even how they pee. Do i need to tell what did we hear more? The linnen are terrible, they are making too much noise, so we tried do not move in the bed.

The included breakfast buffet was excellent in both quality and variety. They have a generator which is important these days in Ukraine due to the rolling blackouts. The staff want fluent in English but Google translate came to the rescue!
