We requested a larger apartment which was granted the following day at a nominal cost. Very clean. the receptionist was exceptional and helped in many ways. She had even baked a cake for us. The castle behind the apartment made for an interesting exploratory walk

Very cozy space, great heating (we stayed there in the beginning off December). Comfy bed and fully equipped kitchen. Free parking is the yard. Very nice and responding stuff. Easy self checking.

The property staff was extremely gentle. The apartment was clean and spacious, even though the bathroom had cigarette smell but we opened the window and after a while it was gone.

Lovely apartment in the hills of the town of Terni. The hosts couldn't have been more helpful. The bed and pillows were comfy. Kitchen was well set up. Bathroom was spacious. I needed to do some washing and was offered the washing machine on site, which was so convenient. When washing was finished, host delivered it to my room. There was parking outside the door of our apartment. Loved it and would go back.

We were warmly greeted by our host Anna and the check in was very smooth. Our location high in the hills gave beautiful views of the countryside. Our apartment was well appointed and comfortable. The recommendations for dinner nearby was a perfect local restaurant.

We loved our night at Residence Viviverde. A picturesque location in the hills with lovely views of the countryside. We were positioned beside the historic town of Collescipoli and a short drive from Marmore Falls. Our accommodation was just right and comfortable. Anna gave us a warm welcome and provided help with dinner suggestions and reservations.

On the hills surrounding the city of Terni. Modern rooms. Quiet place. The host sent us all the info by phone because we were late with check in.

We stayed at apartment 2 on the ground floor. Very spacious, safe, new, clean, beautiful and comfortable. Air con well functioning, kitchenette well equipped. We got access to the pool in a nearby sister resort which was great. lovely staff both at reception and in charge of cleaning.

We were at Viviverde before and liked it, It's a nice and renovated place with little apartments.

GPS could not find the location. Took more than an hour to find it and had to ask for help at local shops.

Excellent place, clean, new, wide, great parking, excellent team

We stayed in a little apartment, which had everything, the Residence is totally renovated and it is very clean. Anna is very nice and helpful. The location is just above Terni, it take 5 minutes to go to the city center. We think it's a very good value for money!

We loved it here. Very clean, fully equipped apartment with a pleasant view on Italian countryside. There was a fully equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher even! There is a private parking. Easily a good place for a weekly stay.
