“Perfect getaway”
First and foremost this place is in a great location in walking distance of the cascate. We were unsure at first as it's close to the road but the rooms were double glazed so we slept soundly. Everything about the room was quality, from the furniture to the fixtures and fittings. All felt new, well maintained and very clean. Topped off by the friendly hosts who offered lots of useful local advice.

Very close to Marmore Falls. The property is situated in a quiet area, close to Terni. Is very easy to make day trips to villages. Our room was perfect! Self-check-in and a very kind host, Francesco!

“Amazing Host and a warm / hygiene stay”
Francesco is an amazing host and owner of the property. The room cannot get any better, wrt the location and the hygiene, for its price offering. Starting from welcome drink and snacks (prosciutto and cheese, home made) on their friendship table to suggesting near by activities and speaking of the local geography, history and culture The owners were very warm and proficient. Francesco even went out of way to drive us around to the activities around and drop us back in Terni. We were not driving or riding on our own.
