“Very bad experience. Go somewhere else.”
Could not get access to the accommodation. Did not get PIN . Could not contact by phone SMS or email. Booked another accommodation which was easy to access host was helpful and was superior. Noticed in other reviews access was not possible. Worst Booking.com experience ever. No Refund. Not recommended.

Great location- walking distance to the city centre. The owner was available to communicate whatsapp, and was very helpful. Room was fully equipped. A coffee machine was available in the common area. Free parking available near the property

We got room nr 7. when we got in with the key there were belongings of someone else! The room was already occupied. We found ourselves with no place to sleep at 1 am and no assistance We went to another hotel

“I would not recommend this accommodation”
I booked this for my daughter and I to stay at . There was nothing good about this property. We did not even stay there as our first instincts were so bad, we left and stayed somewhere else. I would not recommend

Michela was really lovely, there was a mistake with the room, it was supposed to be a twin but was double and she amended this straight away!
