We arrived with my spouse at 15h plenty of time for the hotel to arrange things but even though the personnel had us wait more than 40min claiming the room is not ready yet.... Very bad communication even before the stay i wanted to make a surprise for my spouse for "dia dos namorados" but the attendants responded way late claiming they cannot put roses on the bed, while they sell this exact service and propagand it in their own WhatsApp services! The room was mediocre, dark and has nothing to do with the pictures in Booking site... The towels and bed were dirty full of other persons sweat and we had to ask for new ones at night. I do not recommend this hotel it is not woth the price at all!

It is in the good location, if you like to walk, most place you can visit by walk. Also there some game room for table tanis etc. Room was clean, and they have some CUTE CATS!!!! And I felt this city is very safe! Also, when you travel this city, you should try sweets! Good price and good taste :)

We were very well welcomed by a young man. He offered probably the best customer service that we had during our trip in Brazil. The facilities for kids were great. The hotel was quiet and we had a beautiful view on the montains. We really enjoyed our stay. Gret location. We walked to have diner.

“My family enjoyed staying at this ample hotel with its awesome breakfast buffet!”

Breakfast was great! Wide selection of breads, cheeses, eggs, cakes, juices, coffee, and more. The room was huge, seemed brand-new, and had a lot of natural light from its location high on a hill. We slept in silence and comfort all night, with enough blankets and pillows for everyone. The entire place seems new and clean. We noticed a game room stocked with ping-pong table, foosball (toto), and a billiard table (sinuca), but we didn't take the time to play. Also a convention hall/ meeting rooms? We saw "pet-friendly" signs in the lobby.
