We stayed in the Junior Suite, which was spacious and very comfortable. The bed was great, and the bathroom was nice with plenty of towels. My only issue with the room was the air conditioning, it was set at one fixed temperature, and I couldn’t adjust it. Later, when we returned to the room, the AC wasn’t working at all. I had to call the front desk, and they turned it back on remotely. I’m still not sure why it was turned off in the first place. Also, the TV was so small you couldn’t really see it from the bed, which was disappointing for a suite. Breakfast was disappointing. There wasn’t much variety, just the usual croissants and pastries. What really put us off, though, was the staff’s attitude. When we walked in and said “Buongiorno,” we were met with blank stares and no reply. We even repeated the greeting, thinking they hadn’t heard us, but still got nothing but silence. It was very rude, and we mentioned it to the lady at the front desk. Because of that experience, we chose not to go back for breakfast the next morning.

breakfast was very good, with high quality food and a lot of choice. Coffee was very good and the personnel very kind. The room was very clean and wide. the position is very central and it is possibile to arrive to centre by walk.

“Functional with style and great service”
I thoroughly enjoyed the fact concierge helped me with any question I might have had. The spacious parking lot. The fact that breakfact was served 20' earlier in order to meet my need as I had to leave at 7:15AM and this meant a lot to me. Facts, in the end, that speak louder than words.
