The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast was mostly sweet, but with a variety of choices.

This is a wonderful place to stay, in a beautifully restored old palazzo. Very friendly owners. Comfortable and quiet bedroom. Fully equipped kitchenette with hob, kettle and fridge. Very good ensuite bathroom. An excellent breakfast is included, which is brought on a tray and you can eat it when you like.

“Lovely place amazing staying”

3min walking from the bus station. The building has a lift, good accessibility. Everything clean, housekeeping service. We select the option with breakfast included and it was amazing. It has a small kitchen with fridge.

Great location in historic area of Teramo, lovely historic building. Great attentive and kind hosts. Loved having the kitchenettes.

“One overnight stay while we (3 of us) connecting on two day long tours of the region”

My room was amazing with a separate room with dining table and full kitchen including an oven. Sleeping area was excellent with part of the wall showing very old original brick. Air conditioning and plentiful outside air accessibility. Finding the entrance on a small side street needed Google maps and the garage had just enough space for one more (my) vehicle. Being able to leave the packed car for several hours after checkout in at the garage with door closed was a bonus. Having elevator access to the rooms was an added bonus when traveling with luggage. Finally, a complete breakfast was brought to my room and placed outside it on a table.

Quirky old building, very well updated. Comfortable room with 2 lovely small terraces overlooking the roof terrace. Great spot in the centre of Teramo, with secure parking which was a bonus. Lovely breakfast. Staff very helpful.

Small family run hotel in old town has been lovingly restored. Has an elevator which is handy although last floor to single room is stairs. Friendly manager.

The host/owner is very polite, with excellent English and helpful. The property has excellent design and interior. The location is great - in the downtown of the city. The rooms are equipped with the minimum necessary things - minibar/freeze, dishes, coffee machin, hairdryer ect. During my stay, I did not face any problems from the host!

The apartment was well located a few minutes'walk to the historic centre. Apartment was well appointed, with lots of space and meticulously clean. Host was very accommodating and informative. Bonus was secure parking within the building and the elevator. I highly recommend this apartment if you are visiting Teramo.

Everything was perfect! it’s very central, with a lovely balcony overlooking a well tended garden. it’s tastefully furnished, comfortable, warm , quiet and large with a well equipped kitchen. the host was helpful , advising on where to eat and where to take the dog for local walks. safe parking in a garage beneath the property. no extra charge for dog or parking.

“Lovely place to stay”

The room and the building are very nice, all very clean and spacious. There are stairs, but you can use the lift. The breakfast was very good, they leave it next to your door at the time you choose, and you have it in the kitchen into the room. Moreover, they offer you a coffee when you arrive. The people who receive you are very kind and can speak English fluently, so it's not a problem if you don't speak Italian. The building is very close yo the center, you just walk 2 minutes and you're there. They give you a discount for three restaurants in the city. Very good place to stay!

“Excellent stay in the heart of Medieval Teramo”

Position in centre. Free Garage parking great with access from within. The original Medieval house was brilliantly restored, kept lots of original features. Other decorations used were sympathetically done. Proficiency of host…. Gave annotated map with restaurant recommendations etc. Provided breakfast for us in room.. good quality and quantity. Accomodation was a revelation….. contained a separate kitchenette ( fully equipped) and a huge terrace overlooking an urban garden ( well tended) The host ( who was the architect responsible ) was erudite, charming and always around. The lift he managed the incorporate into the design was very useful.
