The place is beautiful. The pool is very nice.

Best stay I had during my trip in Mexico. Beautiful setting. Amazing place for the ones who are sensitive in staying in a historically rich place. It's a hotel and a museum at the same time that you can explore on your own. Room itself is large, quiet and comfortable. Large bed, good mattress. Shower is perfect (good pressure and temperature). Amenities are numerous: beautiful pool, bowling, pool table, foosball, restaurant on site, tennis, large gardens, horseriding... Staff is friendly and they take a very good care of the place. The place is a destination in itself, you can just stay there and relax.

It's one of the most beautiful places I know!

“Fabulous hacienda repurposed to a hotel. Highly recommended.”

Remarkable architecture. To stay in a repurposed hacienda that was founded in 1529 is a very special experience. Perfectly manicured gardens, incredible vegetation and pool area. The size of our room and the view towards garden and pool area was very nice. Friendly staff, the bell boy was very knowledgeable and gave us a tour of the premises. He shared very valuable information about the history and the facilities. Our restaurant servers Dante and Alberto ( he was worked there for 14 years ) were very professional and friendly.

We spent three wonderful days at the property. Pros: From Sunday to Wednesday, the property was not too busy, allowing us to truly relax. The large pool is amazing. Staff: Incredibly kind and attentive.

The hotel is big and beautiful, the pool is clean, huge and deep in certain areas, perfect for adults. The hotel has precious, interesting and historical stuff and places.

architecture of the hotel is unique, very clean, staff is very helfpul and professional, parking available for car, security at entrance gate of the hotel. 'My kids really enjoyed the pool area, it s very big, and has all levels for non-swimmer, 1.80,, 2,20 and up to 3 m deep. Great service of food and drinks at the pool. Horse Ride possible within the Hotel Area at very good price.

The place is very beautiful and surprisingly large. We had a standard room with plenty of space and our only "discomfort" was that the room was quite warm at night, other than that we were very happy with everything else!

The place is extraordinary! Giant Swimmingpool perfect both for swimmers and for little kids. The hacienda is huge so kids can ride their bike or scooter. The little farm right on the Hacienda with rabbits etc is great and the horse rides as well.

This is an amazing and historic property - to stay here is to walk in the footsteps of Cortez himself - you are immersed in 500years of the history of Mexico. The authenticity blew us away!
