“Loads of potential, but ultimately a poorly run facility”
The room was not clean, there was debris and hair on bed. There was hair on the soap in the shower which had no hot water. Towels were old and threadbare (also not matching). Sheets didn't fit bed and pillows were small and only two We requested extra pillows and towels and were told they would be right there......no one ever spoke to us again
