We had a great view from our window, a nice balcony and a clean room complete with all the needed accomodations. The breakfast on the terrace was a very pleasent experience as well, and the staff was nice and hospitable.

Very comfortable, authentic and tasteful place to find some peace and quiet. Kind and attentive reception, very good Mexican breakfast. The highlight for us were the colourful garden and the heated pool. Very close to the centre yet quiet - beautiful view!

“Paradise in Tepoztlan.”
The hotel is IMMACULATE. The bedding is extremely comfortable and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The grounds are kept in pristine condition, the pool is heated, and it is such a nice, relaxing environment. We were able to extend out checkout to 3pm by paying a fixed rate of 200 pesos per hour (after the 12pm checkout time). This was great for us as we could hang out by the pool on our last day! I'll definitely return with my mother and stepfather in a couple months.
