Best place in Tepoz if you are looking to rest and rewind for a few days, rooms are clean and very comfortable, the pool area is AMAZING, great music in all common areas. Beautiful gardens and friendly service.

The place is beautiful and very relaxing. the first room we got had some bad smell in the bathroom so we asked to switch and everything went smooth, the room was so big and comfortable, amazing views to the Tepozteco. The pool area is specially amazing, the music is on point and adds to the atmosphere. The staff was friendly and nice.

Beautiful setting. Room was spectacular and the bed was divine to sleep in. Lots of hot water for both of us to shower at leisure. The restaurant and cafe were both excellent and the continental breakfast - with high end pastries was delicious. Highly recommend the fig danish. The 1pm check-out allowed us to climb the mountain without rushing and still make it back in time for a shower and check-out.

The room was beautiful and peaceful with mountain view, flowers and hummingbirds outside of the window. Huge, comfortable bed and bedding. I enjoyed the spa and little pool too. Overall a great place to unwind.

We really loved the location of the hotel, very centrally located and the parking on-site was a plus :) The pool, garden, and views of the mountains from the hotel and our room were incredible. Beautiful design, gorgeous room & balcony, nice restaurant with AMAZING breakfast pastries included in the price of the room. And, it was a nice touch to ask what type of scent we preferred upon check-in and use that throughout our stay & in our room.

“Wonderful service and a beautiful hotel”

Everything was perfect. The service in particular was above and beyond - arranging transport, COVID tests etc. The facilities are very impressive including comfortable, modern rooms, a wonderful spa and temazcal (a must!), a fine restaurant, and amazing gardens & pool with a view of the mountains. It was a holiday weekend so the traffic was insane - go in the week if you can.
