There is no food or drinks on premises. It is a very atypical hotel, my room was located in a building with 3 other room; we shared a kitchen/living room/dinner table, but my room & bathroom were private. I wasn't lucky as I was sick and it was cold in Tepozotlan that day, but there is no heater in the room (normal for Mexico) and no way to get the room warmer... Plus my window couldn't close, so I froze in the room. Besides that, staff was very friendly and the hotel is atypical but cute and not too far from the restaurants and bars in the city; I just wasn't ready to walk by myself at night in the streets.

The place was beautiful and very interestingly decorated, It is great for families and very spacious. Close to the town.

“Mobility issue with stay, but staff helpful and gracious with cancelation”
We actually had to cancel our reservation but the hotel staff was very prompt at responding to our messages and resolving our issue. We appreciated their help and understanding, plus they did not charge us a cancelation fee.
