Hotel Giovanni Giacomo is located in the spa center of Teplice. It offers elegant rooms, free Wi-Fi and secure parking. Please note that parking spaces are limited and must be booked in advance. “Coming back !”
We've stayed at Giovanni's many times and always return. This time we had an apartment. Very spacious, with a separate toilet, large room, bedroom, etc. Comfortable beds, the room was more than adequate for us, and the staff were friendly at both reception and breakfast. The hotel is nice, although it's starting to show some signs of wear and tear.

“Very nice hotel for a good price”
We've been here many times and will definitely return. It's a beautiful hotel, quiet, with nice rooms and parking in the courtyard. Breakfast is reasonable to good. Friendly staff. And good value for money.

“Spacious, cosy and comfy hotel villa with friendly staff”
The reasons I'm rating Giovanni Giacomo as excellent, are the value for money, the location and the staff. For the price you get a beautiful large room (mine was 13) with a great view on the huge villa's around the hotel. The bathroom is well-equipped, the bed is good, there is a desk with chair and power, a couch, table and two seats, a side table with coffee, tea and water boiler, a TV with internet browser. Ceilings are high and windows large, a rich feeling. The staff reserves your parking spot with a sign bearing your name, check in and out can be done as self-service and the staff is very helpful with the check out and invoice process. Breakfast is good. From the hotel you can make great walks through the best parts of town.

“A great place to stay in Teplice, within a walking distance from the station, centre and the spa.”
Our room was very big, with a big and comfortable bathroom with plenty of space for our toiletries. The breakfast was fine, with sufficient choice. The personnel was very friendly and efficient. We made a use of a parking place in front of the hotel.

“Nice hotel, one of the better ones in Teplice”
We have been using this hptel since 2010 and come back regularly. One of the better hotels in Teplice. Clean, nicely decorated, good bed and breakfast as expected. Parking in the courtyard (extra charge).
