The location was perfect for a local MTB race, the food was great and most importantly the host was taking care of us exceptionally well and beyond all expectations. The area is also very beautiful and great for all kinds of cycling and hiking.

We’d also like to highlight the on-site restaurant: the portions were large, delicious, and satisfying, with very reasonable prices. “Unprofessional and Inappropriate Treatment by Hotel Owner”

Our experience at this hotel was seriously disappointing, not because of the facilities, but due to the owner's unacceptable behavior. Upon arrival, despite clearly stating the number of guests, we found we had to make our own sofa bed. This may seem minor, but it reflects a lack of basic hospitality. When setting up the bed, we discovered an old stain on the sofa mattress. We did our best to handle it hygienically by placing a towel over it and making the bed ourselves — without raising a complaint, despite it not meeting normal cleanliness standards. The real issue began the next day, when the owner sent us an accusatory message claiming we had urinated on the bed — an outrageous and baseless claim. Even more disturbing was an inappropriate personal comment directed at our child. This kind of behavior is beyond unprofessional — it is unacceptable. I tried to resolve the matter through a phone call, but instead of a constructive conversation, we were met with passive-aggressive blame and further unfounded accusations. The claim that the bed was “wet” is absurd — no one would sleep on a wet mattress, and we certainly didn’t. It’s unfortunate that instead of taking responsibility for cleanliness issues or handling concerns in a respectful manner, the hotel chose to deflect blame onto guests — even going so far as to make inappropriate personal remarks. This experience was deeply unsettling. I would strongly caution future travelers to think twice before booking here. A comfortable stay is not just about beds and showers — it’s about trust, respect, and how issues are handled. On that front, this hotel failed completely.

“PERFECT STAY IN ARDSPACH!”

Great little place to stay. Right in town and a walk to the train that takes up to Adrspach. We felt welcomed the moment we arrived thanks to the owner. She was very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble.

The location is good; you can walk to take a train to the park. It is with three large windows and you can see trains from your room passing by.

The location is very close to the center. The owners are very nice and helpful, We had some problems at the begginngs with the reservation but the owners luckly solved it ;)
