“A beautiful rustic property in the hills.”

Property was easy to find, beautiful scenery that felt like home. Rooms had a wonderful rustic appearance and were spacious and clean. Host was incredibly helpful and responded quickly to me and my groups needs/questions.

lt was one of our best stays for a while. Very cosy, clean and around the beautiful countryside. Loretta and her team are very nice and give you lots of tips for sightseeing and restaurants. We even took riding lessons there. All in all highly recommendble!

The property was amazingly well looked after, everything felt good quality, we felt right in nature, so peaceful and quiet. And the smell!! Smelled like jazzmin. Also the property manager was very polite, kind and attentive.

Great choice and very good breakfast. Loreta was very helpful and nice. We enjoy our stay. Apartments and garden was exceptional. Recommend to stay there with kids as location is safe with some animals to play with. Our kids are still in love with the dog.

The breakfasts are great. The apartment is clean and well equipped also with air conditioning. Loretta is a wonderful hostess and looks after you. The location is perfect to explore the Colli and surroundings including Padova.

“Excellent 10/10”

The hotel and the owner were both exceptional. I have travelled to Italy a few times before and was always satisfied with the hotels but this one exceeded all expectations. It is located in the countryside with a beautiful morning of the landscape. The rooms are spacious and well furnished. The breakfast is varied and delicious. Overall, I do not think I will be staying in any other hotel in the future when visiting this part of Italy.

interesting place quite good location in case of need to stop while traveling, the hostess tried very hard and it is clear that she loves her job very much,

“We did not stay and had to leave becasue of the bugs.”

The owner is suuperb. We had booked to stay for nine nights but due the the problem of many bugs in the aprtment we had to leave and she helped us to find a new place. The bugs are all over the place due to the soya plantation so if you dont mind the bugs, and closed windows then is a nice place.

The property is located in a stunning farm near Rovolon. Finding it by car was very easy and location was great to move around the area. The host was exceptional too: very friendly, helpful, and attentive to our preferences (including breakfast preferences). Breakfast was also very good.

Breakfast was excellent - eggs, cheese, yogurt, bread, croissants, coffee, fruit and juice. Loretta, the owner was extremely helpful in finding appropriate walks, and restaurants. There are bicycles available to use for free. The building is quaint, uses the old brick fronting. The apartment was large, comfortable, well equipped kitchen. Lovely area outdoors where breakfast was served. Highly recommended.

If there were more than 10 stars we would give more. The whole family enjoyed and Loretta was very kind, accomodating and she is excellent host. If we have chance we will stay there again. If you have chance stay more than one night.

I can only add to the excellent opinions about the place. It's authentic, very clean, pleasantly heated in winter, but not overheated. Very well located, it's close to all the attractions around (you need a car of course, it's a countryside); Venice can be reached by train. But the real treasure of the place is Loretta herself: open, cordial, uncomplicated; if there is anything she can help you with, she surely will.
