“Poor location and service”
Really frustrating when you book a hotel with its own restaurant to then be told the restaurant is fully booked with a private function both evening and morning. No provision made for the hotel guests. No attempt to find an alternate solution and even buying drinks to take to the room was an argument. This all made worse as the hotel is far away from everything. It was a really disappointing stay.

Good location, with the easy access to the city center, lots of free parking places around there. We've got a room in the nasard, bigger than expected, with the isolated bedroom and spacious bedroom, with both bath and shower. The a la cart breakfast was quite decent and for reasonable price.

“Max 2 Stars - Needs a General Manager with actual hotel experience.”
The shower is good but the horrible smell of feces in the bathroom won’t let you enjoy it. This “hotel” does not deserve more than two stars. Read the reviews on Google maps.

“Best customer service, unlike Booking.com”
The staff, went out of the way to help. My flight was delayed, other flights were directed to the one I landed. No taxis available. Slept in the airport floor and only managed to get to the hotel at 10.30. The person allowed my to check out late- 2pm

“Was good but very far from the Camino”
Friendly and welcoming receptionist. Rooms were comfortable. Arrangements for in-room massage that several from the group leveraged and after the long camino, this was really good. There was a town center, which was a good place to hang-out in the evening. The area had other facilities as well - grocery store (Gadis), laundromat, cafe etc. But the places close early so watch out.
