Overview
The family-run Lapphaugen Turiststasjon is situated near the village of Fossbakken, a 15-minute drive from the Polar Park. It offers cottages with a balcony, private bathroom facilities and free Wi-Fi in public areas. All cottages at Turiststasjon Lapphaugen have a living room with a seating area and flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, and private bathroom with shower. Some cottages also have a dishwasher. A seasonal menu of traditional Norwegian dishes is served at the on-site café. Barbecue facilities are provided on site. Guests can pre-order breakfast before their stay. Children will enjoy the on-site playground. The staff can help arrange activities like fishing and hiking. All cottages have access to laundry facilities on site. Lake Lapphaugvatnet is 50 metres from the property. Narvik city centre is a 40-minute drive away. The property is near the E6 main road, 16 km from Tennevoll town centre. Pets are welcome in the cabins, for an additional fee. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the apartments.

Our cabin 10 was spacious, very clean and the nearby road could not be heard, it was nicely quiet.

Fantastic location in pure nature, surrounded by waterfalls, mountains and woods. Great small house for a family of four, privacy, quiet environment. Not far from Narvik/Evenes airport and Lofoten altogether.

Hospitality was avesome, they opened the road to the room with their snowmachine in the middle of the night instead of letting us carry our luggage.

“Very good hotel, comfortable and nice.”
This hotel leaves me every good memories. We stayed there one night on the way to Senjie Island. The cottages in the hotel are very warm and clear and comfortable as well. But the most important thing was we had the chance to see the most beautiful northern lights in our trip. It seems that there are more chances to see the northern lights staying in this hotel. We will come back again.

Nice little cabin with all the essentials right off the main road with nice views, staff was very nice, sheets and towels cost 170 to rent, about a 15min drive from the animal park

Lovely cabins in the mountains with well equipped kitchen and cozy living rooms. The personnel are very attentive and diligent. During the night it snowed quite heavily and very early in the morning they removed all the snow from the cabin’s entrance so that we had no issues to exit.
