The location is good, within walking distance from the Terminal. The lady who operates the hostel was friendly and allowed me to stay there (outside the bedroom) until late, as my bus left at midnight. There were hammocks on the rooftop to use. The bathroom is within the dorm room but its walls do not reach the ceiling, so everyone in the dorm can hear what's going on in the bathroom. It's a bit awkward. The kitchen was fairly well equipped but could be cleaner, especially the fridge. It's good value while visiting the jungle area.

The owner (a very friendly lady) organised a tour for me really spontaneous ! They provide towels for free , good kitchen if u wanna cook.

The room was spacious enough. At the rooftop there was a nice area to hang. There was also a shared kitchen but there were no fridge. The staff was great.

The room was large and airy, lots of space and there were many areas around the property to lounge or relax in. Beds were also comfortable. Marcia is super friendly and a wonderful host, I enjoyed my stay here and i would return :)

The hostel is located in the town center, a 10min walk from the bus terminal. The lady who runs the place is very friendly and helpful.

Great family run hostal who goes above and beyond to help out. Good common areas to meet fellow tourists. There is a range of affordable activities at your doorstep which the family is very willing to assist.

I loved the warm host! the hostel is run by a responsible and friendly mother and her son and it feels like home. they answered all my questions with care and helped me with it all. I highly recommend this place

Very good location to the centre of Tena, helpful and present staff who gave us recommendations, let us store our bags and were just very sweet and patient with our awful Spanish. Simple facilities, colourful decor and comfortable beds.
