The owner (or manager) and the staff are very kind, attentive, and laid-back. I do recommend this place for its convenient location, safety, the owner/manager and the staff. The other guests were all nice people, too.

“Great for a 1 night stay, would happily stay for longer here!”
Very close to our bus terminal for our early bus the next day. The check in guy was so helpful + kind. Breakfast was light + good. Bed was so comfortable! Room did the job for a 1 night stay.

“Prioritised location over price for early morning start”
It was very close to the bus station and shopping/restaurants for an unscheduled stop (recommend the Macchu Pichu just round the corner for good food and large portions). The room was spacious and well-equipped.

“Relaxing stay close to bus stations”
The place is comfortable and well furnished. The breakfast was simple but nicely presented. The location was conveniently close to the bus stations and the town centre. The staff were always lovely as well.

The Mackay staff were really nice and always easy to reach. The accommodation exceeded my expectation. The room was simple but cosy. Mackay is close to the city where you can find anything you need for entertainment and to get food.
