“Great and helpful staff”
Perfect location with easy access from San Diego and to Joshua Tree National Park. The room was spacious and confidently. Breakfast was delicious. I was particularly grateful to Jovina and the reception/house keeping staff for picking up my passport which I had forgotten in the room, and arranging to post it to me via express delivery’s service! That had been most helpful to me, sparing an enormous amount of trouble otherwise.

First they where to clean room every 2 day they did not do that and when i asked about it to the manager i got no satisfaction so i asked for clean sheets she told me she would send them up but did not the manager wasn't great to deal with

“We were disappointed that we didn’t spend more time in the hotel on our stay.”
I felt welcomed during my stay, the staff was very friendly and professional in appearance, neatly dressed and well groomed. The property was well maintained; landscaping, exterior of the hotel, etc so driving into the property gave me a good feeling. My wife and I only stayed one night but wished we could stay longer…we’ll do that the next time.
