On the day of my stay by 2pm, the staff called me and informed that they had to cancel my booking because all the rooms are full. I had to find another hotel for my stay, but I'm already on my way to there. This is unacceptable! And they did not cancel my booking as you can see, so they just assume that I did not show. Very poor, please do not pick this hotel if you do not want this happening to you too. Btw, luckily my booking was made to pay at the property,

“hotel should check the room can use or not, should stand by the contact no that can reachable!”
already informed will late check in and make the full payment. after that i get the instruction to collect the key in the reception area but unfortunately the room are not okay, the card not function, cannot open electricity. try to contact the staff but no answer, can’t stay there, no return money. this is worse for me!
