“Dog & family haven”

We are now making Telegraph Cottages our regular stopover when travelling through the East coast. It’s a haven for family and dogs alike. Nested in the eucalyptus forest, it’s an observatory for stars at night and wildlife in daytime. Kangaroos, goats, welcoming and playful doggies and a delightful hosting family. Comfy bed and spotless room - What else? Just wished we stayed longer each time!

I liked that the dogs were made very welcome and were able to interact with other dogs. I loved the mowed lawns and the general presentation of the property. The Nest was neat and clean.

Loved the location hidden among the gum trees in a lovely spot. The cottage was well appointed, beautifully decked out and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing experience at this retreat and it far exceeded our expectations! It was quiet and the surrounding forest was so beautiful. The pool is the prettiest one I’ve ever seen and was so refreshing. They also had a jacuzzi, table tennis table, bbq & slack line. We loved being able to wander around the large pond and feed the goats. I’m a huge dog lover so being able to bring my own dog and play with the owners dogs was the cherry on top. Cannot speak more highly of this retreat.
