I would like to share a very disappointing experience at your hotel. My wife and I arrived on April 5 to celebrate her birthday, having paid the full amount in advance via Booking. Upon arrival, we were informed that the pool and spa were closed due to the current security situation. We were not notified about this in advance, despite the hotel operating with limited services while still charging full price. I asked the front desk about possible compensation, but was told nothing could be done because the booking was made through Booking. They took my phone number and promised that a manager would contact me, but no one ever did. Additionally, considering we came to celebrate my wife’s birthday, it was disappointing that there was no acknowledgment or small gesture from the hotel. At checkout, I followed up again and was told my contact had not even been passed on. I was promised another call, but a week later, we still haven’t heard back. Overall, a very disappointing experience, especially given the special occasion.

Is beautiful made very stylish and cousy and modern and very clean the staff was very welcoming and nice The price was very fare for this kind of a hotel the only thing is that in our room that was a standard room the closest was tiny but other wise we enjoyed the room (we stayed for one night)

The decor the atmosphere the warm of the service the facilities. Its a hotel which you should come to and not leave....gym classes live music at night. And the little touches like complementary chocolates. Bath products by Bulgari are great. I like the ambient lighting in the elevators and hotel in general.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary. Had a very special weekend at this hotel . The restaurant, the staff, the design and atmosphere- everything was just perfect!

Not worth the high price, and I won’t return. From the start, things felt off -the concierge rolled their eyes while searching my name, which set the tone. Then we waited 25 minutes for a single glass of wine by the pool. Tried to reach room service - no answer for 20 minutes. I called reception and asked them to follow up. An hour later, still nothing. When I called again, the receptionist said, “Why didn’t you call me earlier to tell me they didn’t call you?” I asked, “Why didn’t you follow up to check if they had?” It felt like the departments weren’t communicating at all. Honestly, I’ve had better service at hostels in India. It’s a shame because the place has great potential, but the service needs serious attention.

The breakfast was amazing, especially the buffet on the weekends! I loved the classes: powerboost, HIT, and Pilates, which were part of my everyday routine. It is nice that they are offered to the guests. The pool area is gorgeous, and the vibe is super cool. The staff is lovely! The hotel decor is gorgeous, modern and uber cool!

The hotel is probably the nicest of TLV at the moment. The reception staff was super informative, helpful and welcoming - particularly Elizabet who made sure we were cared for and felt happy. She was always here to advise us and assist us - a keeper.

The hotel is decorated to a high standard, the room is beautiful and cozy, the bed is very comfortable, everything is clean and smells good, every corner of the hotel is beautifully decorated. The bar is great! The dining room is wonderful! The gym with impressive equipment and a Pilates studio which is perfect! The pool floor is just great!! We had a great time and there is no doubt that we will visit again and again and again...
