“Lovely quiet comfortable restful hotel”
Lovely hotel with fountain and big square out front. Very clean and well kept. Room was huge with comfortable bed and arm chair to read in. Balcony doors overlooking the square. Housekeeping delivered tray of lovely handmade chocolates and cookies. Such a treat. Lovely thick towels and big shower. Staff were great especially young lady who provided me with map of nearest Aroma Coffee shop which was only 5 minutes walk away. Felt very safe in the area and enjoyed seeing kids playing in the square in the evening. Had very quiet rest. Left early so missed the breakfast buffet.

“Customer service, a lovely breakfast and a great location are definitely the highlights of our stay.”
The breakfast selection was very generous, displayed nicely, clean and fresh. The wait staff was friendly and inviting. We had problems with the air conditioner. Each time we called the desk there was an immediate response and a technician appeared within minutes.

It was a very spontaneous trip to Tel Aviv, so we took the first hotel that was affordable. It’s a quite big and old building. The location was great, so we could easily walk to the beaches and to all other sightseeing destinations. Staff was friendly and helpful.

“Great value for money”
10 minutes walking distance from the clock tower and the main attractions in Jaffa. Excellent breakfast with a lot of variety. Big and comfortable room with a lot of space.

We came to the hotel around 6 pm and they said that only 2 of the 3 rooms we reserved are ready. After I said that I would complain to Booking com that this was not an acceptable situation and that I wanted to talk to the responsible person, they immediately gave me the change

The person at the reception at my arrival was very kind and helpful and I appreciate it. The service at the restaurant was also excellent. The room was not luxurious but clean and neat.

Good location for us. Best part was parking under hotel. Reasonable price for 24 hours. Bed was comfortable.
