The location is very conveniently situated in the centre of Tel Aviv. Check-in and check-out were very friendly and easy. Many things in walking distance, you can easily take an e-scooter to get around quicker. Supermarkets are very close.

Great host and amazing location. Some of the biggest tour agencies pick you up from Rothschild, so you'll have no problems getting to the meeting point, and you can pretty much walk to everywhere "touristy", too. And if you're a Mediterranean like me, you'll love the balcony.

“Calm apartment in the heart of Tel Aviv”

Wonderful quiet place in the very centre of the city. Nothing could be better than breakfast on the sunny terrace in this calm Bauhaus-era street

I chose self-catering. Access to kettle and microwave in room was all that i needed. Flights from LHR to TLV tend to arrive very, very early. Joseph kindly allowed me into the room at 07.30, even though standard check-in is 14.00. That allowed me to unpack, shower and then take a much-needed nap. Joseph is conscientious and helpful, and I enjoyed talking to him about his wonderful collection of clocks (don't worry! -- they don't go off all the time, and never disturbed me). One suggestion for Joseph: I understand that he cannot always offer early check-in, as the room may be occupied, time is needed to clean and change between bookings, etc; but perhaps he could offer to check in luggage, so that least you could then keep yourself awake by walking around the wonderful White City area (great architecture), visit nearby markets, or even walk 15 mins to the beach -- without your luggage! :)

Since I came for a research about the White city, I enjoyed the neigbourhood a lot. Sitting on the balconny and writting until late was fun. And Joseph was really helpful and quick with everything I wanted to know. Ask for a Machinetta and you will get a fantastic working electric one. At Pole Position bike rental I rented a bike and that’s it.

Very central location, clean and cozy. The bed was confortable , the bathroom rather small but overall the apartment is full of everything you need if you don't want to cook.

Location- a quiet street yet only minutes away from busy landmarks such as Habimah Square and Rothschild Street. Charmingly retro decor. Joseph is a helpful, kind and really engaging host.

For me a very good location, because I was looking for something near Habima Square. Bilu is a quiet street. Around the corner - within 5-10 minutes walk - you find the "Lachmanina", a nice place for a breakfast. No problems with checking in or out. Joseph is very helpful. The room is not luxurious, but still charming and absolute fine. There are much more expensive hotels if you need more comfort. I do not, so that was perfect for me. Booked alraedy for my next trip.
