“Customer empathy: zero”
I was not allocated the room I had ordered - twin beds instead of single Queen size), the receptionist who welcomed us gave us a room close to the elevators, which noise I enjoyed all night - as the hotel was empty and many other rooms were available. And my complaint was received at the reception with indifférence, by someone who told me it was my fault and thought he made us the big favor of extending our stay by 2 hours, and also said I should be happy of his generosity. The director of this hotel should do some cleaning.

“Anticipated relaxed environment, attentive, friendly but not pushy staff and lovely food.”
The bed was perfect, and as my visit was a difficult one emotionally as I was travelling to visit the grave of a loved one (on his birthday) who had died. I melted into the bed each night. Breakfast as every time I have spent in the hotel was excellent.
