Our stay at Prima Hotel Tel Aviv in February 2026 was truly excellent and exceeded our expectations. The location is simply outstanding — right on the beach, offering immediate access to the sea and a vibrant atmosphere. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view from both the terrace and the breakfast room. Starting the day with a panoramic view of the Mediterranean was a real pleasure. The breakfast was another strong point: diverse, fresh, and of very good quality. There were plenty of options to choose from every morning, catering to different tastes and preferences. We also appreciated the daily cleaning service, which kept the room spotless and comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, Prima Hotel Tel Aviv offers a perfect combination of location, comfort, and quality services. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tel Aviv.

It was a perfect stay! Friendly staff. Modern facilities. Sea view. 1 minute walk to the sea. Nice lounge. Great breakfast that varied every day. I loved it and fully recommend!

The hotel is in a good place. 2 minutes from the sea and also near to the center. Lovely people work in the hotel especially sahar! The room was really clean and the breakfast was really good.

“Good compromise: perfect location without breaking the bank”

Tel Aviv’s beach-side hotels are expensive, and Prima Tel Aviv is no exception: I paid almost £200 per night for a room, basically having 4* quality, but with sea view. Prima is a reasonably good hotel, with some great features, but also a few irritating shortcomings. Its best feature is its great location, close to the city centre and the beach, with sea-view rooms overlooking the trendy Frishman Beach. Other good features include (i) a very good and varied breakfast; (ii) courteous and helpful staff; (iii) careful cleaning with towels changed daily; (iv) pretty large rooms (if “Deluxe” and with sea view), with a sofa, a safe, a fridge and a coffee machine included; (v) a pleasant and comfortable lobby offering plenty of seating, free coffee, water and pastry; (vi) fast WiFi; (vii) TV offering numerous channels, both Israeli and foreign. Less good features include: (i) sea-view rooms have no balconies, and only one window can be partially opened; (ii) there was no chair in my room suitable for being used to work at the desk; (iii) the bathroom is rather tired (with a bath rather than modern walk-in shower); (iv) the beds, while OK(-ish), are rather soft and uneven, with one side lower than the other (I guess because people tend to sit on one side of the bed); (iv) there is only one bed-side resting surface – i.e. if you separate the two beds, one has no bedside table; (v) there are no proper bedside lamps; there are two standard lights but they are not really intended for the purpose; (vi) the AC is quite noisy, even at the lowest fan setting; (vii) there is no hotel-owned restaurant; the (Greek-style) restaurant in the hotel is operated independently and only in evenings; I found it to be too crowded and noisy and decided to avoid it; (vii) The entrance to the hotel from the street is via a set of stairs, so you will need to summon help with lifting heavy luggage.
