I only liked the hotel staff, everything else was really bad..I left the hotel after two hours

Location was top notch. Staff super helpful. Room spotless, perfect for sleeping. Big shoutout to Madan at the night desk in the front office, total pro. Actually all the staff were great, especially the front office team, amazing people. Also respect to the curly haired guy handling the cleaning, didn’t catch his name but he was on point. Would definitely stay again.

This is a fantastic hotel, brilliant location, great staff very attentive. The rooms are decent sized, I had twin beds for my daughter and I - and they have very comfy beds, TV, kettle and fridge etc. The pool and rooftop were incredible - though it was a shame they hadnt notified guests that it was only open 12 - 4pm

The location was very good, 10 minutes or less from beach, good restaurants right out the door, and the carmel market begins couple minutes walk from front door. A very modern hotel beds comfortable, pool on roof was warmed to perfect temperature. Stafff very friendly and helpful!!!

The location is perfect – central, vibrant, and within walking distance of many great cafés, restaurants . Special thanks to Matan at the lobby/front desk – who was outstanding. Extremely professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. He went above and beyond to assist with my stay. His attitude and service truly elevated the whole experience.

Every single member of staff was cheerful and incredibly helpful. The location was central, felt safe, with cafés, bars & restaurants nearby, including the cafés where the hotel breakfast vouchers can be used, which are a 5 minute walk away.The rooftop was a lovely place to chill with a bar and a nice pool (although not a huge amount of loungers). The rooms were small, well fitted out (robes, slippers, mineral water) with comfortable beds and a good shower. All in all a decent, if somewhat expensive hotel, but it's an expensive city, with a lovely team who go out of their way to help.

“Best stay in 3 years”

We arrived at the hotel to check in 10 minutes after we closed on Booking, because we closed somewhere else on the wrong date and the treatment we received there was shocking. The treatment we received when we arrived at Poli was really warm and pampering. They took care of our room within half an hour, explained everything to us, recommended places and because of all the hustle we had at the beginning with the previous hotel. They took care of us while we waited for the room. The people, the staff, everything was just amazing - we will definitely be back. Poli is in the center of things, a really good strategic location near cafes, bars, restaurants and the market. There are really good shops on Allenby, Shenkin and King George Streets. There is everything from everything! Following the renovations of the light rail, it is a bit difficult to get there by car, but there is public transportation that comes really close to the market area - less money and of course protecting the environment. I would like to mention the guy who took care of us at the beginning of the whole process - always with a smile, kind, patient, listening to the customer's needs - I wish there will be many people like you. In the checkout was a nice girl named Dalia, who was interested in how everything was and in a pleasant and caring way!
