“Rude and unqualified staff in an otherwise good hotel.”

I would like to formally raise a complaint regarding our recent stay. Your staff forgot to extend our room, and as a result, we were repeatedly approached and told that we were not registered as guests. This created unnecessary stress and confusion. During check-out, the situation became even more unacceptable. The staff on duty was unable to process the card payment properly, could not provide the final amount due, and insisted that we leave our full card details — including the CVV — so that the payment could be charged later. At the same time, we were not informed of the exact amount that would be charged. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious security concerns. Leaving full card details, especially without a confirmed payment amount, is not safe. Instead of addressing these concerns professionally, the staff argued with us when we refused to provide sensitive card information. The entire experience was extremely stressful and unprofessional. Because of these delays and the handling of the situation, we missed our taxi and arrived late at the airport. This was a very disappointing and upsetting experience. I hope this matter will be taken seriously and addressed internally to prevent similar situations in the future.

Beautiful little hotel. Excellent service. Shay at reception was extremely helpful, accommodating and friendly. My room was lovely, clean, and even had a view. The location is excellent, close to everything and to a light rail station. I keep coming back and will be back again.

“Disgraceful. Hotel for adult activities. My passport details were shared with other guests.”

Hotel clearly used for adult activities — the sound insulation is very poor, so do not expect a restful night. I left in the middle of the night for another hotel, as the loud noise made it impossible to sleep. Management showed no concern and still charged me for all three nights, even though I stayed only half a night. In addition, my passport details were shared with other guests via a WhatsApp group where I was asked to upload a copy of my passport. Disgraceful.

“Excellent team”

Due to flight delay, we had to extend our time for 3-4 hrs but Ilona at reception has allowed to extend without any additional fee beyond the checkout time. Overall staff were very friendly & full filed our request to all queries. Shall keep this hotel in my list for Next visit.

The find the right way to the hotel was a bit complicated the first time. And breakfast a bit simple. We expected more. The room was quite ok and clean

The breakfast is vast. Is vegetarian friendly. Its until 11 am . The room is clean and big enough. There is heat and hot water. The staff is friendly and helpful. Its a good place, and good neighborhood. Half an hour walking from jerusalem beach.

Excellent experience ⭐ Stayed in this hotel multiple times for business and leisure trips. Rooms are clean, spacious, breakfast is truly amazing, lounge zone on the rooftop is simply great. Location is one of the best in Jaffa - few minutes walk, and you get into shopping paradise, street art for the best pics, bars and restaurants for delicious f&b, Bloomfield stadium for the sports matches. If you want to experience true Jaffa, that's the place to stay both for short and long visits. Staff is by the way really cute and helpful. Highly recommend! Many thanks for hospitality ❤️
