“Extremely disappointed in this hotel. Would not recommend or return there .”
The furnishings were old, extremely shabby and felt dirty. We had twin beds and even the duvet covers on the beds did not match. Although there was a reasonable choice of food at breakfast. There were no spoons, knives or forks to be found I the dining room and no cereal bowls! No staff around to assist, except a surly member of staff cooking hot food. The toilets near the restaurant were horrible. Dirty, and ancient. The room cards didn't work and we had to return to reception again and again to resolve that. The location suited us only because we needed to attend a function across the road from the hotel. On the plus side, there was parking under the hotel for 70 Israeli Shekels per 24 hours. The room was a good size. Was probably very nice when new but LONG OVERDUE for a FULL refurb top to bottom, including linens.
