The host was very kind generous and accommodating. It was very clean. Equipped with everything and more than you could need including shower supplies and cooking equipment/spices. It was very comfortable, peaceful and homely. Highly recommend

Everything was perfect—a charming place, peace and quiet, and a beautiful villa with a pool. We couldn't have dreamed of a better place. A wonderful host, very helpful. We didn't have a car, so he helped us with shopping. He even went with us to the famous volcano. On the day of our departure, he treated us to dinner and allowed us to stay longer because we had an evening flight. A wonderful person.

“Hidden gem that's perfect for peace and relaxation away from the crowds”

Staying here was 100% the highlight of our trip! Where most BnBs now feel like empty grey boxes, staying here felt like a huge relief - beautiful scenery, wonderful hosting from Patchi who was very generous and welcoming, and a place with a lot of little details that showed the care and love put into the place. The heated pool was wonderful with lots of great spots to relax/eat/read around the garden. Incredible views, and perfect for stargazing at night!

We stayed here in December 2025 for two weeks and absolutely loved every single moment of our stay. The weather was fantastic, and the holiday apartment was truly a dream. It was perfectly equipped with everything we need, and we felt completely at home from day one. The house is slightly secluded, which makes it incredibly peaceful and quiet – perfect for relaxing and switching off. We really enjoyed the privacy and calm atmosphere. Because of the location, we would definitely recommend having a rental car. Patchi is an outstanding host – extremely friendly, warm, and always willing to help. He supported us with everything, was always available, and gave us recommendations on what to do and see in the area. The view from the apartment is amazing and on clear days you can even see La Gomera. The heated pool was another absolute highlight and was always perfectly maintained by Patchi. The large garden surrounding the apartment was beautifully kept and a wonderful place to relax. We can wholeheartedly recommend this apartment in every possible way and would return without hesitation. Thank you :)

“Little gem in the hills”

Lovely mini villa in a very quiet area with great views over the coast. The kitchen was well equipped with some thoughtful extras provided by Patchi our host. Bed was comfortable and warm, and bathroom clean with a good hot shower. Heating provided in the sitting room and bedroom, though even in this unusually cooler winter, we only really needed it briefly in the morning and evening. The decour inside and out was charming and relaxing. Plenty of places to sit and chill outside.

“Above our expectations :)”

Amazing place, amazing host, amazin view, amazing vibe.All extraordinary. Note: The warm pool makes our lovely days. All in All... it was above our expectations and the signature of the guest ( Patchi who is very, very discret ) makes the diference. For sure, next time we will choose this lovely place.

We recently spent two weeks in a beautiful cottage in Tenerife, and it was one of the best vacation experiences we've ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by Patchi, the host, who immediately made us feel at home with his warm and friendly approach. The cottage itself is furnished with great love and attention to detail. It's clear that Patchi has invested a lot of time and effort into creating a space that is both comfortable and inviting. Every detail, from the interior to the practical amenities, has been carefully considered to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The location was simply breathtaking. Surrounded by stunning nature and with easy access to local attractions, it offered us the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. Patchi was an excellent host, always available for questions and tips about the area, without ever being intrusive. His dedication to the well-being of his guests is unparalleled and greatly contributed to our positive experience. Overall, we wholeheartedly recommend this stay. “Paradise”

This Place is beautiful, calm and peaceful. It's all you need. The host Patchi is very positv and helpful. The only reason we wouldn't recommend this place would be the fact that it would remain our insider tip :-)

This place is just fantastic and the host Patci was so lovely. It had everything we (three people) needed, the view at the atlantic is incredible. Especially when you're lucky enough to expierence a clear sunset. We were really happy to meet Patci. He created a cosy Happy-Place on this Island.

“Amazing”

What a fantastic find, a wonderful little villa in a wonderful location. Patchi the owner lives in an adjacent villa but does not overlook you, we had total privacy but he was there if you needed anything. A car is essential due to it's location. Adeje is only a ten minute drive away and has all the shops you will need. The main road is about a 1K away giving good Access to all routes. The driveway is a little tricky at first, narrow and steep in places but manageable

“Fantastic Starry rainbows”

We liked the location and it's close to all amenities. We liked the view and the peace and quiet, we also liked the sunshine. The villa is very well equipped with everything you need and more. Patchi, the host is very friendly and approachable, nothing is too much trouble.

like to rate it as 9,5 , but not possible only 9 or 10 , rating it as 10 means all should really be perfect ! to reach paradise I understand you need to drive the private road which is certainly do-able , but not perfect Patchi is a super host !

Amazing experience! The host took care to welcome us warmly, was very approachable if we needed anything while giving us the space and privacy we wanted. He has a green herb garden and let us pick herbs from it for dinner. The place was very clean and well furnished with modern comforts. Would definitely recommend this place to anybody who wants a cozy, peaceful and luxurious stay.
